Who do you provide support to?

As an NDIS registered provider, we support a wide range of participants, including:

We provide private in-home care for seniors and older adults; however, we are not a registered aged care provider. This allows us to offer flexible support without long wait times or restrictions.

What is the NDIS?

We can assist you to navigate getting registered with MyAgedCare. https://www.myagedcare.gov.au/We can offer brokerage to any Home Care Package Provider of your choice. We have capacity!

Safety is our top priority. Our caregivers are trained in safety protocols, and we continuously monitor their performance to ensure the highest standard of care. All have a police check and necessary qualifications to deliver high quality care.

No, there are no hidden fees, and we do not require any long-term commitments. Our services are flexible and tailored to your needs.

We aim to be as consistent as possible with rostering. Our goal is to have the same staff member assigned regularly, with another team member available to cover when needed.

The cost of in-home care varies depending on the level of care required and the number of hours of service. We provide a customised care plan and pricing during your consultation. We offer very affordable and competitive rates.

Our staff are experienced in providing in-home care services. As a registered NDIS provider, we offer services to all NDIS care recipients, whether they are managed by the NDIA, plan-managed, or self-managed.
