Our private in-home community nursing care services are designed to provide clinical and holistic support in the familiar surroundings of your own home. These services can include wound management, chronic disease care, post-surgical monitoring, continence assessments, medication administration, and health education for you and your family. There must be at least four hours of active care before and/or after the sleepover period. |
